01

The website

A multi-page site written around how you actually work — the areas you sell in, the kind of client you want more of, and the way you want to be contacted. Built as a real site, not configured out of a theme with your headshot dropped into a slot.

Pages
Home, about, areas you serve, and the pages your business needs

Built for you; you see it before it goes live
Mobile
Designed phone-first, because that is where your leads are

02

The CRM, configured

The gap between having a CRM and having a CRM that does something is the configuration, and that is the part usually left to the agent. Here it is done for you: the pipeline, the stages, the calendar, and the follow-up that fires when a lead comes in rather than when you remember.

Follow-up

03

Connected, not glued together

Because both halves are built by the same person, a lead does not have to survive a handoff between two vendors to reach you. The form on the page writes straight into the pipeline, the follow-up is already attached, and when something needs changing it is one conversation.

04

Someone who answers

There is no ticket queue, no tier one, and nobody who has to escalate your question to the team that actually built the thing. You email the person who built your site and that person emails you back. It is a small promise and it is the one the category most reliably breaks.

Why this exists

Two vendors, two bills, and nobody answering.

Most agents end up running their business across two systems that were never built to meet. A website from one vendor. A CRM from another. When a lead does not arrive where it should, each one points at the other, and the agent is the one who has to work out which.

The agreements underneath are usually annual. Leaving early commonly costs a buyout of the remaining months rather than a cancellation. That is not a secret — it is the ordinary shape of the category, and it is why a site that stopped fitting three months ago is often still running.

This is built the other way round. One system, one person, month to month. If it stops being worth it, you stop paying for it.

Start with the conversation.

Half an hour, no pitch deck, and a straight answer about whether this is worth doing for your business. If it is not, you will be told that.
